Click on the gear icon, the select Settings
Scroll down untill you see the box where a signature can be added.
Enter your signature as required.
To add a image to the signature you click on the Insert Image
icon.
Note: You will not actually inserting an image. You will be inserting a URL to an image that is hosted on the internet.
Scroll to the bottom of the site and click on
Note: It is possible to add a legal disclaimer to every email sent. This is a domain wide setting and needs to be setup by your Google Apps for Business administrator.
